PNGlobal is a factory-direct supplier with our own in-house design and development studio — sketching, 3D modeling and prototyping — and directly managed, dedicated production lines for woodwork, metal, ceramics, finishing, assembly and packing. Our own engineers and QC team work on the line, so you get single-point control of design, production, quality and lead time at factory-direct pricing, without dealing with layers of middlemen. You are welcome to visit in person or take a live video factory audit before ordering, so you can see exactly how and where your products are made.

MOQ depends on the product and whether it is customized. Many stock-ready items accept small trial orders, while custom-material or private-label orders have a slightly higher MOQ. Tell us the item, quantity and destination market, and we will confirm the lowest workable MOQ for your order.

Yes. Our in-house design studio produces and confirms samples before any bulk order, and we provide full OEM/ODM on materials, colors, dimensions, logo, hangtags and retail packaging. Send your reference sample, spec sheet or design files, and our design and engineering team will advise feasibility, cost and lead time.

Because we design and manufacture on our own directly managed lines, you buy at true factory price with no trading-company markup. Pricing depends on quantity, material, packaging and destination. Send a detailed RFQ (item, size, quantity and custom requirements) and you will receive a clear, itemized quotation with tiered pricing for larger volumes.

First orders are normally confirmed by bank wire transfer (T/T): a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. Other methods and more flexible terms can be discussed for repeat or volume customers. Your account manager will confirm the exact terms on your proforma invoice.

Lead time depends on quantity and customization — stock items move fastest, while custom bulk orders require production time plus transit. We handle export documentation and offer sea or air shipping to your port or door under your preferred Incoterms, tracked from order to delivery. A precise schedule is stated on every order confirmation.

Every order passes incoming-material, in-process and pre-shipment inspection, and finished goods are checked against the approved sample before packing. We also support the documents your market requires — such as material and food-contact test reports, REACH/RoHS-related material declarations and CE-related documentation where applicable — with exact certificates confirmed per product. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed specification, message your account manager with photos within the claim window and we will resolve it by replacement, credit or remake on your next order.
